Abstract

This article aims to examine the relationship between globalization, financial development, and economic growth in Vietnam from 1992 to 2021. Employing the Bayesian VAR method, the study analyzes the interconnections among these variables within the Vietnamese context. The findings reveal a positive correlation between globalization and economic growth, as well as between globalization and financial development, while identifying a negative correlation between financial development and economic growth. These results suggest that Vietnam should prioritize globalization as a key strategic objective moving forward.
