Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm thể hiện cái nhìn sâu sắc hơn về tác động của phong cách lãnh đạo chuyên quyền đến hành vi làm việc phản tác dụng của nhân viên ngân hàng tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TPHCM). Khung phân tích được tổng hợp từ lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội của Blau (1964), những khái niệm có liên quan và bốn giả thuyết được xây dựng. Phương pháp lấy mẫu thuận tiện-phi xác suất được sử dụng nhằm tạo ra tính đa dạng của nhân viên ngân hàng tại địa bàn TPHCM. Nghiên cứu thu thập dữ liệu từ các nhân viên ngân hàng tại các ngân hàng khác nhau tại TPHCM với 267 phiếu hợp lệ. Nhóm tác giả định lượng các số liệu thông qua mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM) qua công cụ Smart-PLS. Kết quả cho thấy, các giả thuyết đều phù hợp với nghiên cứu và có H1, H4 tác động cùng chiều; H2, H3 có tác động ngược chiều. Đồng thời, ý nghĩa của nghiên cứu này là các nhà quản lý có thể thay đổi phong cách lãnh đạo của mình và giảm bớt hành vi làm việc phản tác dụng của nhân viên.
