Thúc đẩy đổi mới tổ chức thông qua chuyển đổi số, học hỏi tổ chức: Vai trò của khả năng phục hồi và đồng sáng tạo giá trị

Nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của chuyển đổi số và học hỏi tổ chức đối với khả năng phục hồi, đổi mới và đồng sáng tạo giá trị trong doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Dữ liệu thu thập từ 523 chủ doanh nghiệp, giám đốc và phó giám đốc thuộc các lĩnh vực bán lẻ, sản xuất và tài chính – ngân hàng, được xử lý bằng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính bình phương bé nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM). Kết quả cho thấy cả chuyển đổi số và học hỏi tổ chức đều ảnh hưởng tích cực đến khả năng phục hồi, trong đó học hỏi tổ chức có tác động mạnh hơn, thể hiện vai trò then chốt của con người và tri thức. Đồng thời, khả năng phục hồi tổ chức thúc đẩy đổi mới và đồng sáng tạo giá trị, còn đồng sáng tạo tiếp tục củng cố năng lực đổi mới. Nghiên cứu khuyến nghị doanh nghiệp cần kết hợp đầu tư công nghệ, xây dựng văn hóa học hỏi và phát triển năng lực phục hồi để thích ứng và phát triển bền vững trong kỷ nguyên số.
Abstract
The study analyzes the impact of digital transformation and organizational learning on organizational resilience, innovation, and value co‑creation in Vietnamese enterprises. Data were collected from 523 business owners, directors, and deputy directors in the retail, manufacturing, and finance–banking sectors and processed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS‑SEM). The results indicate that both digital transformation and organizational learning positively influence organizational resilience, with organizational learning exerting a stronger effect, highlighting the pivotal role of people and knowledge. At the same time, organizational resilience promotes innovation and value co‑creation, while value co‑creation further strengthens innovation capability. The study recommends that enterprises combine technology investment, the development of a learning culture, and the enhancement of resilience capabilities to adapt and achieve sustainable development in the digital era.
