Study International Securitization - Policy Implications for Vietnam

Abstract
In this article, the author researches the process and legal framework for securitization activities in countries around the world. The author uses the analytical method of evaluating arguments to make conclusions and implications. The authors studied countries including the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with research data from 1998 - 2021. From the research results, the author will give implications for Vietnam: The legal framework for securitization activities need to synchronize Vietnamese regulations, solutions for securities companies and commercial banks in Vietnam.
