Measuring quality of physical training at university of Finance – Marketing

Abstract
This research aims at measuring the quality of physical education at University of Finance – Marketing (UFM), by surveying 327 students at the third and the fourth year, the tools of Cronbach’s Alpha, EFA and multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 20.0 were used.
The result shows that the quality of physical education at UFM is based on 6 factors, arranged by decresing importance: (1) Program issues; (2) The facility; (3) Extracurricular physical and sport activities; (4) Academic aspects, (5) Information provided, (6) Non-academic aspects. From that, the research suggests the managerial solutions to the Faculty of National Defense Education and Physical Education’s Leaders to enhance the education quality.
