Information For Authors
General Guidelines
-
Manuscripts must be written in Vietnamese. Authors may use any appropriate punctuation and spelling conventions. Direct quotes should use single quotation marks unless nested within another quote. All pages should be numbered.
-
Manuscripts should not exceed 15 A4-sized pages (including tables, notes, references, and appendices), formatted with single line spacing. A title page must include the article title, author names, affiliations (if applicable), and contact information, including accurate email addresses.
-
Manuscripts should follow this order: title page; abstract; keywords; English abstract and keywords; main content; references; appendices (if applicable); tables (if applicable); figures (if applicable). Tables and figures should be numbered and clearly positioned within the text.
-
No strict formatting is required for the main content, but it is recommended to include key sections such as Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Research Methodology, Research Findings, and Conclusion.
-
Abstracts must be 5–10 lines and are mandatory for submission.
-
Each manuscript should include no more than five keywords.
-
Headlines should be concise and numbered sequentially using a decimal system for subsections.
-
Authors must provide full names, affiliations, postal addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses on the title page. The corresponding author is the primary contact and should represent the entire author group. If an author changes affiliations during the review process, this must be noted. The corresponding author’s email must be included in the PDF and digital publication.
-
All individuals listed as authors are considered co-authors. The corresponding author must obtain agreement from all co-authors regarding the submission, publication process, and authorship order.
-
Providing a brief author biography is optional.
