1. GENERAL REGULATIONS
The manuscript submitted to the Journal of Finance - Marketing Research (JFMR) must be an article that has not been previously published in any scientific journal. The author is responsible for not submitting the manuscript to another journal before receiving a rejection decision from the editorial board of the journal.
The article should not exceed 20 pages (including tables, figures, notes, references, and appendices); it must be drafted using Microsoft Word in Times New Roman font, size 12, with paper size 28x20 cm, single line spacing, and spacing before and after 6 pt; font size 10 for the references section in APA 7th format.

2. STRUCTURE OF THE ARTICLE
2.1. Title
The title of the article must be in both Vietnamese and English, concise (not exceeding 20 words), clear, and reflect the main content of the article. The title should be written in uppercase letters, bold, centered, in Times New Roman font, size 12 (Unicode).
2.2. Abstract
Abstracts in English and Vietnamese (identical in content and meaning), no more than 300 words, Times New Roman size 12 (Unicode), as a single paragraph. Include: research context, objectives, data, methods, key results, main conclusions, and important recommendations (if applicable). Clearly state results, contributions, novelties, and recommendations. No equations, figures, or references.
2.3. Keywords
Keywords in English and Vietnamese (equivalent in content and meaning); 3–5 keywords, listed alphabetically. Capitalize the first letter of each; separate with semicolons; no punctuation after the final keyword.
2.4. Introduction
The introduction (or problem statement) should cover: (i) necessity of the research topic; (ii) research objectives; (iii) expected theoretical and practical contributions; (iv) novelties of the study; (v) main content addressed.
2.5. Literature Review, Theoretical Framework, and Methods
This section should: (i) present the literature review and relevant theoretical foundations; (ii) outline the theoretical or analytical framework; (iii) detail qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, including models, hypotheses (for quantitative), qualitative designs, and data collection methods.
2.6. Research Methods
Based on the research model, analytical framework, or hypotheses, specify analysis methods, models, experiments, or empirical approaches yielding scientifically grounded results. Clearly describe data collection scope and methods; detail measurement and validation of variables (appendices for scales if needed). Data sources, sampling, and collection must be reliable and explicit.
2.7. Results and Discussion
This section should: (i) interpret and analyze new findings; (ii) draw general relationships and links between the authors' results and prior studies. For advisory articles (e.g., policy or expert opinions), focus on evaluating the research issue (achievements, limitations, causes).
2.8. Conclusions and/or Implications/Recommendations
Depending on objectives, include key conclusions/findings and recommendations/implications/solutions for business managers and/or policymakers derived from results.

List all cited works per APA 7th style (include DOI or URL where available).
2.10. Funding Acknowledgment
Authors must disclose all financial support sources. If none, state explicitly.
Example: This research was funded by the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) under the basic research project code UFM-CS2024-05. (Or: This research received no specific grant from any funding agency.)
2.11. Data Availability
To promote transparency and replicability, state how supporting data can be accessed:
- Data available in appendices or manuscript.
- Data available upon reasonable request (contact corresponding author).
- Data unavailable due to confidentiality or provider restrictions.
2.12. AI Usage Statement
Authors must select one:
Option 1 (Used): During manuscript preparation, the authors used [AI tool name] for [purpose, e.g., language editing/structure support]. Authors reviewed, edited, and took full responsibility for the final content.
Option 2 (Not used): The authors declare no generative AI tools were used in research or writing.
