Abstract

Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và áp lực ngày càng tăng đối với phát triển bền vững, các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (SME) tại Việt Nam - đặc biệt là các doanh nghiệp tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - đang phải đối mặt với những thách thức đáng kể trong việc nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động trong khi vẫn duy trì trách nhiệm với môi trường và xã hội. Quản lý chất lượng toàn diện (TQM) được coi là một công cụ quản lý chiến lược cho phép các công ty tăng cường năng lực nội bộ và đạt được hiệu suất bền vững. Tuy nhiên, các nghiên cứu hiện tại vẫn chưa làm sáng tỏ đầy đủ các cơ chế mà TQM ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất bền vững, cũng như các yếu tố trung gian và điều tiết định hình mối quan hệ này trong bối cảnh các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ ở các nước đang phát triển. Dựa trên Quan điểm dựa trên nguồn lực (RBV) và Lý thuyết thể chế, nghiên cứu này đề xuất một mô hình lý thuyết để làm rõ mối quan hệ giữa TQM và hiệu suất bền vững của các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ. Mô hình kết hợp các vai trò trung gian của Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng xanh (GSCM) và Đổi mới xanh - hai yếu tố quan trọng chuyển các giá trị cốt lõi của TQM thành kết quả phát triển bền vững. Ngoài ra, áp lực thể chế được coi là một biến điều tiết chính có thể ảnh hưởng đến mức độ mà TQM và GSCM ảnh hưởng đến hiệu suất bền vững. Khung lý thuyết được đề xuất có thể đóng vai trò là nền tảng cho nghiên cứu thực nghiệm trong tương lai và cung cấp định hướng chiến lược cho các doanh nghiệp theo đuổi mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
